These terms govern the Skirttique store. Placing an order means you accept them — they are short, and written to be read.

The house
Skirttique is a fashion house dedicated exclusively to the art of the skirt, based in Lagos, Nigeria and serving a global clientele. Writing to care@skirttique.com reaches us directly.
Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we dispatch. We may decline an order where a piece has sold out, a price was displayed in error, or a payment cannot be verified — and if we do, anything paid is returned in full.
Pricing & currency
Prices are shown, and charged, in the currency of your chosen market. The price at the moment you place the order is the price — if we correct a display error afterwards, it will not reach an order already accepted. International orders may attract import duties; see Shipping & Delivery.
Bespoke & limited editions
Bespoke pieces are cut to your measurements, with the timeline agreed when the order is placed. Limited editions are exactly that — once a run is finished, it is not repeated.
Delivery & returns
Dispatch and timelines are set out in Shipping & Delivery; the 14-day return window in Returns & Exchanges. Both form part of these terms.
What is ours
The Skirttique name, imagery, patterns and designs, and everything published on this site belong to the house. Enjoy them here; do not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.
Liability
We are responsible for what the law makes us responsible for, and we do not attempt to exclude what cannot be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you shop from elsewhere, nothing here takes away protections your local law grants you and does not allow to be waived.
Changes
When these terms change, the date above changes with them. The terms in force when you order are the terms that apply to that order.
