What we collect
Your name, contact and delivery details when you place an order or create an account; your email address when you join the house list; and the essentials of how the store is used — your bag, your market and currency choice, the pieces you save.
How we use it
To make and deliver what you order, to answer when you write to us, and — only with your consent — to send the house letters. We use browsing basics to keep the store working well. We do not sell your information, and we never will.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment providers on their secured systems. Your card details never touch our servers; we receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Cookies
We set the small number of cookies the store needs to function, and nothing more — no analytics or advertising cookies today, and none ever without asking first through the cookie notice. What each cookie does, and how to change your answer, is set out in full in the Cookie Policy.
Who we share it with
Only the partners who help us serve you: delivery carriers (GIG Logistics within Nigeria; DHL and comparable couriers internationally), our payment providers, and the platform that sends the house letters. Each receives only what its work requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law require. Messages to client care are kept while the conversation needs them. Your place on the house list lasts until you leave it — every letter carries an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, where it applies to you, the GDPR, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Write to us and we will act on it promptly.
